Parkour is a non-competitive physical discipline of training to move freely over and through any terrain using only the abilities of the body, principally through running, jumping, climbing and quadrupedal movement.
In practice, it focuses on developing strength and fitness, balance, spatial awareness, agility, coordination, precision, control and creative vision. This is a class for all levels and graded so that beginners can work safely with instructors.
Recommended age 14 - 25 yrs, 8 people per session
Meet outside the Lordship Hub at the outdoor gym.
From 1 July until 22 July sessions run from 4.15 - 6pm
29 July to 26 August sessions run from 12 - 1.45pm
