Online Go Green Eco Urban Life Festival
After the success of the inaugural Go Green (Green Chestnuts) Eco Urban Life Festival in 2019, we have once again put together an exciting and imaginative programme to celebrate National Recycling Week 2020.
For a flavour of what we did last year, please click here to see our video of the event (external link).
Due to the constraints of COVID-19, we are not able to replicate last years event in the same way. So instead, we’ve developed a week long selection of activities, presentations, debates, tips and recipes which will all be delivered online. Under the umbrella of Go Green, we will be working with:
- Earth for all
- Haringey Active Travel
- Healthy Streets St Ann’s
- Fashion Conscious by Sarah Klymkiw
- Sewn Together
- African in London TV (AiLTV)
You can see a full timetable of our free events here:
- Monday 21 September
- Tuesday 22 September
- Wednesday 23 September
- Thursday 24 September
- Friday 25 September
- Saturday 26 September
People can register for the Sewn Together program which will continue after the intial event. Watch the Sewn Together Testimonials video (external llnk).
Go Green is a collaboration of partners including 4U2 NewsMag, The Bridge Renewal Trust, Estates Elite Recycling (EER), Haringey Council, and Veolia Haringey.
