The annual Haringey Heroes awards celebrate the incredible contribution made to life locally by residents, community groups, voluntary organisations and businesses.
The 2025 edition of the awards were presented at a special ceremony at Jacksons Lane arts centre on 15 May 2025, celebrating heroes across 15 different categories, including special categories marking the 60th anniversary of the London Borough of Haringey.
Speaking following the awards ceremony, Mayor of Haringey for 2024/25, Cllr Sue Jameson, said:
“I’m delighted to have the opportunity to congratulate our brilliant winners in this year’s Haringey Heroes awards.
“Throughout my year as Mayor of Haringey I have witnessed first-hand the countless ways in which our residents work together to support each other and make our borough the wonderful place that it is.
“As my term as Mayor draws to an end, this is a wonderful moment to recognise some of those who have gone the extra mile in service to our communities.”
