Register to view your Housing Benefit/Council Tax reduction claim
If you want to view and manage your claim, you first need to register or login to My Account and then use the link from ‘Benefits & Council Tax Reduction services’.
When you are in the benefits portal for the first time, use the 'Register here to view and manage your claim' link.
With your online account you can:
- view your entitlements (this will not include rent used in calculations, applicable amount or non-dependant deductions – these details are available in your online letters)
- check your payments
- download online letters
- download your entitlement and payments
You can sign up for online letters when you register.
