I need to change my email address
You can do this in your account. Go to the ‘My Details’ section and select ‘change email address’. You will need to enter your new address and then confirm it.

How do I report a problem?
If you need to report a problem related to My Account, please contact us and we will respond to you as soon as we can - email: email@example.com and add 'My Account - Report a problem' to your email subject line. If you have received an error or system message, please include this too.
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, or need help with your online use, contact us to let us know and we will respond to you as soon as we can - email: firstname.lastname@example.org and add 'My Account - Help and Support' to your email subject line.

Information collected for one purpose may be used for another purpose by the council unless there are legal restrictions preventing this.
