My Account has changed
On Wednesday 19 August we switched to a new My Account.
To access the new My Account you need will need to re-register. Once registered, you can use My Account to:
- View and manage your Council Tax account
- Report an environmental problem (and get updates from us of any reports or requests you have made)
- Sign into your library account
- Apply for free school meals and clothing grants
(with more services being added over the coming months).
Making the switch to the new system is easy and will only take a couple of minutes; just go to My Account and follow the instructions:
Why make the change
The new system will help us improve customer experience and over time give you access to more services online, making it easier for you to contact us.
You won’t be able to see the new improvements immediately but the new system will allow us to easily expand and build new upgrades.
