Below are some common problems and what you can try yourself before contacting us:
Email not received
If you don't receive an activation email within a few minutes of registering check that the email hasn’t gone into your ‘spam' or 'junk’ folder.
If it still hasn't appeared try again (in case you mistyped the email address).
If that doesn't work then please contact us.
'Email already registered' message
If you get a message saying the email address is already registered try resetting your password using the 'forgotten password' link.
'Account details not found' message
If you get this message first check you have typed the correct email address and password.
