Publication Scheme
Haringey Council operates a publication scheme to ensure that a significant amount of information is made available, without the need for a specific Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
In this section of our website, you will be able to see:
- the classes of information we publish and intend to publish
- the format in which it is published
- how it can be obtained
- if there is a charge for the information.
The classes of information in our scheme are set out in the section below and were developed in accordance with the guidelines published by the Information Commissioner (external link) and the requirements of the Local Government Transparency code 2015. They are based on information type (which should be meaningful to all users - including those who have no knowledge of Haringey Council’s organisational structure).

Homes for Haringey was insourced back into Haringey Council in June 2022. The HfH classification includes HfH information under the seven previous classes.
9. Land & Building Assets

Our publication scheme will be updated at regular intervals. If you cannot find the information that you are seeking then you can put in a Freedom of information request.
There may be exemptions under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that prevent some information from being released.
