Haringey Customer Service Centres
We have two Customer Service Centres in Haringey.
- Marcus Garvey Centre - Library and Customer Services - N15 4JA
- Wood Green Library and Customer Services - N22 6XD
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 4pm - last admission/appointment will be 3.30pm
- Tuesday and Thursday, 10am to 5pm - last admission/appointment will be 4.30pm
Appointments - all you need to know
Residents are able to attend our Customer Service Centres without an appointment, but we recommend that you make an appointment.

When making an appointment please make sure a valid phone number is provided so we can let you know about any changes to your appointment.

Our centres offer free use of computers which you can use to access council services online.
Why not use our computers to set up My Account, a personal and secure way to view your information and accounts, complete applications, report issues, make enquiries and much more. Find out more about My Account here.
You can also come in and use our self-service payment kiosks to make card payments for your council tax, business rates, parking fines, overpayment of housing benefit, housing rent or Haringey invoices. Payments of these types cannot be taken by our customer service staff so why not use a kiosk to make your payment quickly and easily?
Our Customer Service Centres are accessible and provide full facilities for disabled people.
Our Customer Service Centres are fitted with induction loops.
Users whose first language is not English
You should arrange for a friend or family member who can speak English to contact Customer Services on your behalf. You will need to be with them as we need your permission to speak with them about you.
