- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 10am to 4pm - last admission/appointment will be 3.30pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 10am to 5pm - last admission/appointment will be 4.30pm
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we may have to decide at short notice to temporarily reduce the services available at our customer service centres. This is to protect both residents and our team. We all need to play our part in helping to prevent the further spread of the virus.
We are discouraging all residents from making non-urgent trips to our customer service centres in line with the government National lockdown guidance (external link).
We are open for emergencies only and are offering an appointment system for those residents who are not able to access the internet.

What we can do. We are able to process parking permit refunds. We can process and print vouchers and permits but have limited resources, so we recommend that you make an appointment in advance.
Please note: Doors close promptly at 4pm as the Library closes at 4pm. This means we cannot guarantee to see residents who arrive after 3.30pm.
