Temporary reduction in service

Opening times: Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm.

Due to COVID-19, we have had to reduce the services available at our Customer Service Centres. This is to protect both residents and our team. We all need to play our part in helping to prevent the further spread of the virus. 

We are discouraging all residents from making non-urgent trips to our customer service centres in line with the government National lockdown guidance (external link).

We are open for emergencies only such as:

  • tenancy termination related key drop offs
  • document scanning (drop off)

Appointments

There are currently no appointments available at Marcus Garvey Customer Service Centre.

  • If you had already booked an appointment:
    a member of our team will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
  • If you need to make an appointment:
    it is not possible to book new appointments at the moment. We will update this page as soon as booking resumes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Parking enquiries

Unfortunately we cannot process any CPZ parking permits/vouchers at this time. Homes for Haringey residents can still obtain estate permits and vouchers online on the Homes for Haringey website.


Please note: Doors close promptly at 4pm as the Library closes at 4pm. This means we cannot guarantee to see residents who arrive after 3.30pm.
