Thank you for taking part in this survey. The survey should take five minutes to complete and will be open until 30 March 2020.
Your participation in the survey is voluntary. Choosing not to take part will not disadvantage you in any way. If you do decide to take part, you are still free to withdraw at any time. Although you will not receive any direct benefits from participating in this research, your responses are highly appreciated as they will help Haringey learn more about people’s experiences of SEND Transport in 2020.
The purpose of this survey
We are consulting the families of children with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to inform decisions on how to co-produce with children and families a SEND Transport service to meet their needs. The service aims to be sustainable financially and environmentally, and consistently delivers a good to outstanding quality of service.
The results of this survey will be published on this page, and they will be used to determine Haringey’s decisions on how to provide a sustainable SEND Transport service.
The survey responses will be kept confidential and will be anonymized. Furthermore, all data will be collected and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, more commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.
