Transforming through Consultation
March 2009- March 2011
Success in the delivery of truly ‘personalised’ services will mean listening to the views of our service users, as well as carers and others involved in service users’ care, and members of the wider community. This includes providers and our own staff (and their representatives), as well as elected Members of the Council, our partners in the NHS and other organisations.
It is crucial that we are able to move from our current care management model, to approaches where our services are specifically designed around the needs of individual service users and their families so that they are controlling their assessment, their support planning and influencing the way we deliver and commission services.
Below is an overview of planned consultation activities taking place over the next 18 months. We will regularly update this page with reports and related documents.

| Personalisation Open Days | This is the public launch of the personalisation programme in Haringey. The launch will be held at the Haynes Centre, located in the new Hornsey Central Neighbourhood Health Centre, 151 Park Road, Hornsey, N8 8JL.
