Area Based Development Frameworks
Area Based Development Frameworks, in the form of supplementary planning guidance, are being produced for the key regeneration areas in the borough. The frameworks will guide and bring about comprehensive and sustainable change including the redevelopment of some of the key sites, and inform the submissions of planning applications in those areas.
|Back to TopNeighbourhood Plans
Neighbourhood Plans are in effect local action plans that identify local needs and set out how the Council, the local community and other key agencies can work in partnership to solve problems in areas. These plans contain policies and proposals to guide future development as well as specific actions. They allow a joined-up and holistic approach to addressing and tackling local problems. These include:
- Archway Road
- Myddleton Road
- Tottenham Lane Design Framework
You can find these plans in the attached files section at the bottom of this page.
