How to make a compliment or suggestion
We suggest you send us compliments using our online compliments form and suggestions using our online feedback form. You may also give compliments and suggestions to the relevant Complaints/Feedback Team.
What we will do with your compliment or suggestion
Our Complaints / Feedback teams deal with compliments and suggestions about the services of their directorate.
- We will write to you within two working days to acknowledge receipt and thank you
- A senior manager will pass on your compliment to the local service manager or employee(s) concerned in writing.
- the local service manager will consider your suggestion and respond to you within fifteen working days
- the response will explain how we will implement your suggestion or explain why we are unable to.
