Planning Policy and Projects

Haringey’s planning policies consist of a number of strategies and guidance documents.

The Local Development Framework is a folder of planning policy documents which will guide future growth and development in Haringey.

Supplementary Planning Guidance provides further detail and guidance on implementing policies.

The Unitary Development Plan (2006) (UDP) is the Council’s current statutory plan relating to the development and use of land and buildings in the borough. The UDP will be replaced by the LDF when adopted.
