Office services
A high level of office services are provided to tenants which are particularly useful to small businesses. These include photocopiers, fax machines, typing/word processing.
Business Support Services
Tenants have on-site access to the services of the London Lee Valley Centres. These services aim to develop the technological potential of businesses and include:
- The Telematics Support Centre which assists firms to gain access to and use of video-conferencing links, advanced multimedia facilities, Internet and the World Wide Web. The Centre also gives technical advice on IT and telecommunications products, training, on-site technology audits and information databases.
- The Lee Valley Design Management Centre which offers guidance, advice and access to experts, consultants and information available within Middlesex University and the Lee Valley to a wide variety of design related areas.
- The Technology Transfer Centre which offers guidance, advice and access to experts, consultants, information and facilities available from the colleges and universities within the Lee Valley.

Services to tenants
The following services are included in the service charge:
- Telephone switchboard and 'message-taking' service
- Staffed reception
- Heating, lighting and cleaning of common parts
- Maintenance of the common parts, exterior of the building and the landscaped areas
- Building insurance
