Transport
Bus Hornsey to Archway (41) and Muswell Hill to Finsbury Park (W7) the latter of which drops you right outside the centre, or alternatively the W5, W3 and 144 buses are all within a 5 minute walk from the centre.
Train Hornsey station (41) and Crouch Hill station (W7) are all within a 10min walk or 5 min bus away from our centre.
Tube the nearest underground station is Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly line, from where you will need to get a 41 bus to the Crouch End clock tower.
Car Parking* is available in our pay and display car park, prices are listed below. As parking spaces are limited we advise customers to take public transport where possible.

Main Pool
The main pool is 25 metres long and is open generally at the times listed below. Public use of the main pool is sometimes shared with other activities such as swimming lessons or community club usage. For specific times of swimming lanes and public usage please see the timetable in the attached files section below.
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 9.30pm* (*The pool closes earlier for public use Mondays at 7.30pm and at 7pm on Friday evenings).
- Saturday and Sunday: 7.15am to 7.30pm
Casual swimming in the indoor pool is priced at £4.50 for adults and £2 for children normally, (Concessions are available with our memberships for Haringey Residents).
Swimming Gala - Closures
Park Road Leisure Centre plays host to a number of competitive swimming competitions throughout the year for various clubs and organisations. Normal pool opening hours are unfortunately affected by this so please find a list of all confirmed scheduled swimming galas through the year on our Gala Timetable page.
Teaching Pool
Note Please note the Teaching Pool is only available for public use at certain times of the day due to swimming lesson usage. More specific Teaching Pool session times are available in the attached files section below.

- Monday to Friday: 7am to 9.30pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 7.15am to 5pm
Lido (Currently Closed - Reopening May 2012)
The Lido season for 2011 finished on Friday 7 October 2011 and the centre would like to thank all customers who visited the centre during the season and looks forward to seeing you again in May 2012 when the Lido is expected to reopen for the 2012 season.
The lido is a 50 metre open-air heated pool (usually heated to between 17 and 20 degrees Celsius, dependant on weather conditions). The Lido opened on Monday 11 April and closed on Friday 7 October 2011.
- The Lido operates at the following times:
- Monday - Friday: 7am to 9.30am (Lane Swimming), 9.30am to 6.30pm (Casual Use)
- Saturday - Sunday: 7.15am to 9am (Lane Swimming), 9.30am - 1pm (Casual Use), 2pm to 6.30pm (Casual Use)
Following the recent good weather forecast the Lido (Outdoor pool) will open as follows for the dates below:

A wide range of group exercise classes are available throughout the week at different times of the day to suit your schedule. If you are a fitness fan who likes to push yourself to the limit we have classes like Active Pump and Hardcore Abs and Back, or if you prefer the more holistic approach to exercise we have Pilates, Iyenga and Hatha Yoga for all levels to help de-stress your body and mind.
