5 Year List of Housing Sites
In accordance with PPS3 Housing, Haringey has identified a list of deliverable sites for new housing over the next five years.
The Housing Trajectory lists sites of ten units or more from various sources including unimplemented planning permissions, site specific proposals identified in the Unitary Development Plan (2006), the London Housing Capacity Study (2004), and the London Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (2009).
The housing trajectory also illustrates how Haringey is performing against the London Plan target of 820 units pa. The list of sites is regularly updated. Please find the latest version (2011) in the attached files section below.
