Annual Monitoring Report

An Annual Monitoring Report is published each year reporting on the performance of the Council’s Planning policies as set out in the Unitary Development Plan and progress of the Local Development Framework and its policies as indicated in the timetable and milestones set out in the Local Development Scheme.

The 2010/11 AMR was submitted to Department for Communities and Local Government and the Greater London Authority on 31 December 2011. The AMR covers the period 1 April 2010 – 31 March 2011.

The 2010/2011 report is available to download from the attached files below along with previous reports since 2004/2005.
