Activities for Younger People

Zumbatomic Courses 4-7 years and 8-12 years (Starting from 16 January 2012)

From 16 January 2012 Zumbatomic courses will be at Park Road and Tottenham Green Leisure Centre! Kids and Adults love the hypnotic Zumbatomic moves to Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Hip-Hop and more! These high-octane fun workouts will get 4-7 year olds maxing out on fun and fitness at the same time.

Courses are 6 weeks long and available at the following centres and times. Places are limited, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

Prices are available from just £17.40* for the whole 6 weeks. Book two children from the same family and save 50 percent over the single child price, when booked together.

Courses at Park Road are for adults and children together so parents and children can workout together. Courses at Tottenham Green are for children only.

Park Road Leisure Centre (Adult and Child Courses)

  • When: Mondays from 16 January 2011 (or 6 weeks)
  • Time: 4.15pm-5.00pm
  • Ages: 4 - 7 years (accompanied by a participating adult aged 16 years or older)
  • Where: Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, 1 Philip Lane, Tottenham, London, N15 4JA

    • 1 Child with Adult- Advantage £34.80*, Advantage Plus £48.00*, Standard £60.00
    • 2 Children with Adult (from same family booked together) - Advantage £43.50*, Advantage Plus £60.00*, Standard £75.00

  • Note: Children are advised to bring a plastic bottle of water. An adult aged 16 years or older must accompany and participate in this course with child. Maximum 2 children per adult.

Tottenham Green Leisure Centre (Children Only Courses)

  • When: Thursdays from 19 January 2011 (for 6 weeks)
  • Time: 5.15pm-6.00pm
  • Ages: 4 - 7 years

  • Course Prices*:
    • 1 Child - Advantage £17.40*, Advantage Plus £24.00*, Standard £30.00

Junior Trampoline Courses (Starting 4 January 2012)

This Instructor led course for beginners or improvers will teach trampolining techniques including correct posture, turns and combinations. Great fun and great exercise too. Bounce away boredom and blues with this fun and energetic course.

  • When: Mondays (11 week course) and Wednesdays (12 week course)
  • Time: 6.00pm on  Mondays (60min class) / Thursdays (85min class)
  • Ages: 5 - 15 years
