Adult Services Reference Groups
We are currently establishing new reference groups in collaboration with Public Voice (external link). These will cover areas such as learning disability, autism, older people, mental health, physical disability, dementia and carers.
The groups take the place of the old partnership boards for learning disabilities, autism and carers.
The groups will include Haringey residents who are service clients and carers. They will ensure:
- that we are delivering a good service
- any gaps in our service, are addressed
- there is a meaningful dialogue between Haringey Adult social care, service clients and carers, and other stakeholders
- there is discussion of strategies and policy developments
The groups will nominate members to our Joint Partnership board.
