Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) Personal Search Service

A Personal Search of the Land Charge Register is conducted under the EIR regulations 2005.

An EIR search allows the personal inspection of the Local Land Charges Register via a visit to our office.

An inspection must be pre-arranged by appointment. Please note that in busy periods appointment times may vary and take up to 20 working days.
