- Today at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court, the owner of Fish Fish restaurant on Archway Road, N6 was sentenced after pleading guilty to six counts of fly tipping and one count of failing to provide valid waste documents. The owner was fined £2,800 and ordered to pay £1,292 in costs with a £170 victim surcharge, totalling £4,262. The fly tipping offences took place from March to October 2017. Waste, which regularly consisted of black bags and cardboard boxes, was frequently dumped either across the road from the restaurant or at the junction of Causton Road and Cromwell Avenue.
