Bernie Grant Enterprise Centre

The Enterprise Centre is home to 17 young creative entrepreneurs and also includes a Showcase Gallery. The units are of a variable size and interested parties are asked to apply for units to receive further details.

Blue House Yard offers new spaces to rent for local creatives and entrepreneurs who want to make, do and sell. The location is Wood Green and is a short walk from Wood Green tube station.

Spread across two sites, the Chocolate Factory is home to over 180 businesses; primarily from the arts and creative industries. Options available include hot desks and various forms of studio sharing.

Collage Arts

Spread across five sites (Collage Artspaces) and home to over 250 artists, makers and creative companies in Wood Green’s creative quarter - includes a venue and gallery. Collage Arts also provides training and support for artists, small businesses and aspiring creative entrepreneurs.

Drop-in

Drop-in is on a mission to create an ecosystem for remote workers where people can join a community, escape isolation, and work in a productive environment. They provide enterprise grade productive workspace in residential neighbourhoods. 

Remote workers only pay for what they use; memberships range from hourly (£4) up to an unlimited usage membership. All members get access to ergonomic chairs and tables, monitors, super-fast WiFi and free unlimited barista coffee. Sign up to their waiting list to be the first to know about their permanent location. 


Euroart Studios

North London’s largest artist led art studio and workspace complex, providing affordable studios and workspace for rent by artists, makers and creative practitioners. The complex provides 70 studios and is based within Tottenham

Green Rooms is an arts hotel, that opened in 2016. Meeting spaces are available for hire, the hotel café offers free Wifi and tables for guests, there's a large conference space for hire upstairs and affordable overnight hotel rooms.

Karma Kitchen – Wood Green

Karma Kitchen was founded by sisters Eccie and Gini Newton in 2018. Their first business Karma Cans is a corporate catering company that delivers salads to offices. They struggled to find kitchen space and that was the beginning of Karma Kitchen. We want to help food businesses find space that suits their needs and lets them grow without having to build their own kitchen.

Tottenham Green Enterprise Centre

The centre provides 30 different sized office spaces for start-up businesses, just off the High Road in Tottenham. The Centre is run by the London Youth Support Trust (LYST), who also operate the 639 Centre.
