Learn to Dance

If you're thinking of joining a dance group and still undecided about which genre to go for, have a look at the NHS Choices Learn to Dance interactive tool. This can be found on their Dance for Fitness page (external link). This fun tool will guide you through the moves from Grease to Bollywood moves to dance for the over 60s.

Exercise, Movement and Dance Partnerships (EMDP) also gives you low down on differing dance styles and a handy tool to help you find a class - EMDP what dance style and where can I dance (externa link)
