Do you live in Northumberland Park, Bruce Grove or Noel Park?

  • Would you like to learn how to eat healthily on a limited budget?
  • Would you like to learn more about weight control and healthy eating?
  • Do you want to learn about nutrition and how to deliver community-based projects to your community?

If you've answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then the community-based nutrition projects may be for you. Our local dieticians will be running the following programmes:

Healthy eating on a budget

A six-week cook and eat session to give you practical ideas on eating healthier.
Goodie bags will be given out at each session!

Fresh start weight management programme

A six-week course looking at practical advice and ideas on how to control your weight.
