Do you Qualify?

The Haringey Guarantee helps Haringey residents who are currently not in full time employment or education to improve their chances of returning to work.

To qualify for help under the Haringey Guarantee, you must:

  • be at least 16 years old
  • be unemployed, or working or studying for less than 16 hours a week
  • have the right to work in the UK
  • not be registered on any mainstream employment programmes (for example, New Deal, Employment Zone, or POEM)
  • live in one of the following 12 wards: Northumberland Park, St. Ann’s, Noel Park, Seven Sisters, Hornsey, Tottenham Green, White Hart Lane, Woodside, Tottenham Hale, Bounds Green, Bruce Grove, West Green*

* If you are claiming Incapacity Benefit, and have been claiming this benefit for 6 months or more, you may live in any Haringey ward.

If you meet all of these criteria, you qualify for help under the Haringey Guarantee.
