Due to essential maintenance of the Planning and Building Control IT systems, public access to applications via the internet and submission of online applications will not be available from 3pm on 28 November 2008 until 12pm on 1 December 2008.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Consultation

Community involvement in the planning process is important to us and we have procedures in place to ensure that residents can express their opinion about major planning projects as well as individual planning applications.

Haringey's planning consultation policy is rooted in the Government's statutory requirements for consultation in planning applications. You can read the Neighbour Consultation Policy guide, which sets out who is consulted and when, in the attached files section.

Comment on Applications

We now also provide a facility for you to comment on an application online. To use this facility, once you have found the application you wish to view by using the 'view planning applications' facility below, you can submit your comments online by clicking on the ‘Comment on Application’ button at the bottom right hand corner of the details section.

Alternatively, if you prefer to make your representations in writing, please quote the application number and clearly explain your objections, comments or support.
