Conducting a Personal Search

Appointments

To book an appointment, please telephone Local Land Charges 24 hours in advance, providing details of the address and sending any site location plans as and when required.

Payment

All payments for Personal Searches are to be done at the council's payment service, located at 247 High Road, Wood Green, N22.

Fees

The fee for a Personal Search is £11. Additional parcels cost £1 each.

Collection of Personal Search

A printed extract from the register of Local Land Charges is collected from the Local Land Charges department upon production of the receipt issued by the cashiers at the Council's payment service.

If you have booked previously, the printed result will normally be ready by the time you arrive, and handed to you at the door.
