Properties for Sale

The Council owns a wide range of properties throughout the borough, and over time some of them become surplus to requirements. These properties are usually sold by auction or tender. The Council also sells some land directly to housing associations to help increase the provision of social housing.

Haringey Council is working in Partnership with Newlon Housing Trust to secure the refurbishment and redevelopment of Tottenham Town Hall and the former Clyde Road Depot.
