Window catches in temporary accommodation properties to be checked.

A recent sample survey of windows showed that some safety catches need to be replaced.

We are taking a proactive and practical approach to the results of this survey and asking you to do a quick check of your windows to make sure they are in good working order.

If they are not, then you should contact us and we will repair them.

Garage sale helps ease housing shortage - 21 May 2008
The site of neglected garages in two Tottenham roads will be turned into new accommodation for key workers and council tenants thanks to support from Haringey Council.

Tough action on empty properties - 10 April 2008
Haringey Council has announced new plans to enforce the sale of 15 empty homes as part of its bid to cut homelessness in the borough.
