Our Online Building Control Service has the following features:

• Submit all Building Control applications online
• Take electronic payments for all Building Control applications online
• Submit a Demolition Notice online
• View all valid Building Control applications online

Important Information

• If you are using any type of automatic form filling application within your browser, it must be switched off before commencing with the online application.
• Building Control prefer to have all attachments as pdf files. We will still accept attachments of varying file types.
• Please turn off any popup blockers and autofilling tools because this may affect the form as you fill it in.
• Please do not use the Back button at any time while filling out the form because this may cause your data to be lost.
• Upon completion of payment, please click the 'Continue' button to add any attachments for your application.
