Pre-Business Plan Reviews 2009-10
The council’s business units complete Pre-Business Plan Reviews as part of the business planning process.
Each review:
- Sets out progress against the current year's objectives, performance targets and budget
- Identifies the factors that will affect the work of the business unit in the next three years
- Sets out proposals for the years ahead including details of revenue savings and investments and a summary of capital investments, and Capital Programme Applications
The complete plan contains over 690 pages. We have split the document into 7 sections to maker it easier to download. See the attached files section at the bottom of the page to download copies.
- Please note one of these files is over 1.5MB in size and may take some time to download on slower internet connections.
