Making Haringey one of London's greenest boroughs

We want to be exemplary in reducing our environmental footprint and in promoting sustainability in the borough, using enforcement where necessary.

Creating a Better Haringey; cleaner, greener and safer

The Council has an essential role in making Haringey a place where people can flourish. We play a key part in making Haringey safer and in reducing both crime and the fear of crime.

Encouraging lifetime well-being, at home, work, play and learning

The Council has an essential role in creating the conditions for Haringey to be a place where people can flourish and where they want to live, work and play. We play a key part in providing universal services, for example schools, leisure, libraries and housing.

Promoting independent living while supporting adults and children when needed

We will intervene to promote independence and help enable people to fulfil their potential in society. Our aim is to make Haringey a place with a vibrant local economy. We will tackle decline and attract businesses in growth sectors.
