Other ways to pay your bill

You can still pay your bills in lots of other ways:

• By Direct Debit – the easiest and best way to pay your Council Tax and Housing Rent bills. It also saves the council money which can be spent on providing other services. Using the following links, you can download a Direct Debit mandate for Council Tax (PDF, 38KB), Business Rates (PDF, 38KB) and Haringey Invoice payments (Word, 196KB) or from the Homes for Haringey website for Housing Rent Payments.
• Online or Phone - Parking Fines, Council Tax, Housing Rent and Commercial Rents can be paid by credit/debit card using our online payments service. In addition payments for these bills can be made by phone using our 24/7 ATP (Automated Telephone Payments) Service (0845 0701414), however all parking payments should be made via the dedicated Parking ATP number (0845 1300 130).
• By Payment Card – you can also make payments at a large number of PayPoint outlets for Council Tax and Housing Rent using your allPay Payment Card, details of which can be found on the allPay page. You can request a free allPay card by calling 020 8489 1000 and find your nearest PayPoint shop by visiting the PayPoint finder page (external link).
• By Post - payments by cheque or postal order should be sent with all necessary documentation to:

Postal payments can be made for the following:

Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Rents, Commercial Rent, Council Mortgages and Leasehold Service Charges. Please include the account number for the service you are wishing to pay for.

Please note:

• Spurs Match Day permits and Homes for Haringey Estate Residents Permits are free and only available from Customer Service Centres.
