Feedback about the Council's Strategic Partners

Haringey Council and other local agencies, including the police, NHS, probation service, education and training agencies and community organisations, have come together in the Haringey Strategic Partnership (HSP) to tackle major issues in the borough.

Haringey's partners work together to make sure that all feedback, including complaints, is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Clear arrangements for doing this are set out in the HSP complaints protocol which can be found in the attached files section below.

If you have a complaint or other feedback about a partner’s services, please refer it to that partner if you know their contact details.

If you don’t know this, or are unsure of who provides the service, complete a form on the make a complaint, compliment or suggestion page and your feedback will be referred to the appropriate partner organisation, or dealt with by the Council’s Feedback and Information Team, who oversee these arrangements.
