How we deal with a compliment or suggestion

Compliments

When we receive a compliment, we will write to acknowledge receipt and thank you within two working days.

A senior manager will write to the local service manager or employee(s) concerned to pass on the compliment.

Suggestions

When we receive a suggestion, we will write to acknowledge receipt and thank you within two working days.

We will ask the local service manager to consider the suggestion and respond to you within fifteen working days. The response will explain how we will implement the suggestion or explain why we are unable to, and thank you for taking an interest in our services.
