Complaint, Compliment or Suggestion Contacts

The best person to contact regarding a complaint, compliment or suggestion is a complaints officer for the relevant directorate. If you are not sure which directorate is relevant, look at the A-Z list of areas of complaints page.

If the complainant is a child or young person the complaint, compliment or suggestion should be directed to the Children and Young People's Complaints Officer.

Homes for Haringey provides most housing services for Haringey Council. The Council's Urban Environment Directorate covers the remainder, including: housing help and advice; homelessness; housing registration; lettings; allocations; temporary accommodation.
