Your feedback (complaint, compliment or suggestion) helps us to improve our services and make sure that we treat our customers fairly.
How you can make a complaint, compliment, or a suggestion
If you wish to make a make a complaint, compliment or suggestion you can:
- complete our online feedback form (for any feedback to the council - including complaints)
- complete our online compliment form (for compliments to the council only).
- send an e-mail to feedback@haringey.gov.uk (for any feedback to the council)
- complete a feedback form in our feedback leaflet, available at council receptions, and send it to the Feedback and Information Governance Team (for any feedback to the council)
- phone the Feedback & Information Governance Team on (020) 8489 2550 (for any feedback to the council)
If you have been dealing with a council officer, you can also ask them to take the full details.
