Swimming Pools Opening Times
Opening times for the Main and Small pools can be found below, or for more specific session and public pool space please see the new Splashpath timetable below by selecting the correct pool and day of the week. Alternatively please phone our reception on 020 8341 3567.
For all days please see the Splashpath timetable tool for the most current information regarding pool opening hours and sessions.
Customers are advised that when lessons are in the main pool, lane swimming space may be severely restricted.
This timetable tool includes details of when the pools are available for casual and lane swimming, Haringey Borough Swimming Club, women only swimming, and when they are being used by schools or lessons.

Note: Customers are advised that when the Teaching Pool is closed for swimming lessons, an area of the main pool will be roped off for amateur swimmers. Children will be able to use swimming aids during this time only.
Swimming Gala - Closures
Park Road Leisure Centre plays host to a number of competitive swimming competitions throughout the year for various organisations and clubs. Normal pool opening hours are unfortunately affected by this when these are held so please find a list of all confirmed scheduled swimming galas through the year to help plan your visit to the centre on our Gala Timetable page.
Big Splash - Swimming Offers
Swimmers across Haringey will now be able to make a Big Splash after our pools became part of the nation’s biggest ever swimming campaign
Park Road and Tottenham Green Leisure Centre have joined forces with British Swimming and the BBC to deliver the Big Splash and inspire the nation to swim.
Specifically, the pools will be offering a number of exciting Big Splash activities including:
- Water confidence lessons for Adults
- Aqua fitness and Aqua Zumba classes
- 6 Free adult swim lessons as part of 14 week courses
- Adult Improver sessions to teach you to be a better swimmer
Pool users will also be able to benefit from comprehensive web-based support on the Big Splash website (external link):
- Access to a range of training programmes and tips, including British Gas Swimfit, which will help whether you’re a beginner or a little more advanced.
- The chance to track your progress, including virtual challenges such as swimming the Thames.
- A chance to become part of the Big Splash online community

Double Olympic champion Becky Adlington is supporting the campaign: “Swimming is my life but just getting in the pool a couple of times a week is a really great way of getting active and staying healthy. I’m right behind anything that encourages people to take the plunge and swim more often.”
So there's no better time to make a Big Splash and swim with Haringey Leisure.
Main Pool
*Please note different times operate during the holiday times.
This pool measures 25m x 12.5m. Providing areas for lane swimming, lessons and casual use:
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 9.30pm
- Saturday 7.15am to 5pm
- Sunday 7.15am to 6.30pm (women only from 5pm to 6.30pm)

Prices for the indoor pool are £4.50 (Adult) and £2.00 (Under 16). Concessions are available for some Haringey residents.
Diving Pool
The pool measures 11.5 x 10.5m. The diving stage consists of a three metre spring board and two one metre spring boards.
Note: The diving pool is open from 8am (Monday to Sunday) but will close at times for class and lesson usage occasionally.

Teaching Pool
A small, warm, sloping-floored pool, ideal for very small children. Equipped with viewing gallery.
Note: The Teaching Pool is only available for public use at certain times of the day due to other activity usage. When this pool is closed children will be able to use swimming aids in a section of the main pool.

Steam and Sauna
The Sauna and Steam area is for anyone aged 16 or over and located on the main poolside. These are available during public usage of the main pool area. During Women-Only sessions access to these areas are restricted to women only.
Women Only sessions
Customers are advised that the following women only sessions may at times be staffed by male lifeguards and that swimmers are visible from the Active Gym which overlooks the main pool.
For customers that require women only sessions for religious reasons we recommend these customers try Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, which has secluded women only sessions with female only staff and direct access from the women's changing room.

Lido (Outdoor Pool)
The Lido will reopen on Monday 28 May 2012 at 7am for this season. Preperation of the Lido pool was delayed due to adverse weather conditions preventing essential work from being completed.
The outdoor Lido is usually open between May and October each year; open at weekends 7.15am to 6.30pm and we run session times during the holidays.
The Lido features:
- a large 50 yard open-air heated pool (heated to between 17 and 20 degrees Celsius, depending on weather conditions)
- a children's pool and fountain edged by grass sunbathing areas slopes
- diving areas for safe practice and fun
- poolside cafeteria
The Lido celebrated its 80th year in 2009.

Prices for the Lido are £5.50 (Adult) and £3.60 (Under 16). Concessions are available for some Haringey residents. Please note that tickets are available up to 30 minutes before the closing times.
