Nominate your Young Haringey Heroes

A new event to celebrate the exceptional achievements of young people in Haringey is to be held later in the summer.
Young Haringey Heroes will feature 11 categories to reflect the wide range of achievements by young people in the borough.
There will be two age categories: junior awards for young people aged 12 and under and senior awards for those aged 13 and over.

The first graduates from Haringey Council's Parenting Support Classes collected their certificates last week at a family celebration marking the end of months of work honing their parenting skills.
Haringey's Anti-Social Behaviour Action Team (ASBAT) is all too aware of the difficult challenges facing parents today. So, to help deal with these challenges, the ASBAT introduced Parenting Support Workers and classes for parents and carers of young people engaging in anti-social behaviour.
