The Transformation of Adult Social Care Partnership Board was responsible for overseeing the changes to the way in which adult social care is provided. It specifically focused on the development and the delivery of personalised social care for adults in Haringey.

Membership of the board included people who use services, carers, and voluntary and community sector groups. The board was chaired by the Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Services, Cllr Dilek Dogus.
