Purpose
These partnership boards are sub-groups of the Shadow Health and Well-being Board.
They bring together user and carer representatives, and statutory, voluntary and community bodies engaged in commissioning and providing services to vulnerable adults. They work together in order to empower users and carers to shape and influence the strategic planning, commissioning and delivery of social and health care services.
The partnership boards also work to:
- ensure the delivery of high quality health and adult social care services in a way that is responsive to the diversity of Haringey’s communities
- maximise independence
- promote mental and physical well-being, dignity, privacy, safeguarding choice and control
