- The Centre, offers services and facilities to help residents with disabilities and/or sensory impairment manage their disability, maintain their independence and take control of their lives.

Activities

- Activities and classes (PDF, 545KB) for all including; pottery, photography, crafts, jewellery making and art.
- Chair based exercise classes and physio/massage sessions by the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.
Drop-ins
- Various drop ins where you can meet others, get support, advice and information and even learn new skills.
- Social media drop ins for those baffled by computers, the net and mobiles
- Drop in workshops and activities including energy and money advice and gardening fun from Timebank (external link)
- Haringey Wheelchair Service - loans
Our Garden
Assessment Centre
- The Centre offers:
- Occupational Therapy assessments and the provision of equipment to help people live independently.
- Income maximisation and financial assessments
- Contact the Integrated Access Team to arrange appointments
Volunteering
- Timebank (external link), the volunteering organisation, can be found at the Centre on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Hire the Centre
- The Centre offers small rooms for business meetings or large rooms for meetings or training events.
- The centre is a registered wedding venue.
- Contact us to discuss your needs.
Advice Centre
- Age UK advisers (external link) offer advice and information at the centre on Tuesdays 9am -12.30pm - just drop-in.
Cafe
- A range of snacks and drinks are available from our Cafe, Winks, weekdays 9am -5pm
- HAIL (external link) provide hot home cooked lunches on Thursdays at reasonable prices between 12 noon – 1pm
