Putting You first
The sorts of services we provide vary considerably, from hospital care to preparing people to go back to work and from crisis support to football training.
Although the needs of the people we serve are as varied as our service, our consistent aim is to provide a person-centred approach. This means that each individual will be given a tailor-made package of care suitable for each stage of their recovery.
Information you provide to us will be treated with strictest confidence. When information is shared between professionals involved in your care they are all duty bound by strict codes of conduct that respect your privacy.
Taking your views into account
If we are to succeed in ensuring you get the high quality care you deserve it is important that we know what you think of our service - what we are doing well and what needs to be improved. If you have comments or feedback about the services we are providing to you, visit the complaints, suggestions and compliments pages on this website.
If at any stage you need support around expressing your views, you are encouraged to use a friend, relative or advocacy worker from organisations like MIND in Haringey (see external links section below).
If you require interpreting services or information in a different language we will be happy to arrange it.
