Haringey Mental Health Service

One in four of us will experience some form of mental ill health during our lives.

If you are experiencing depression, anxiety or other forms of mental distress it is important to get help as soon as possible. Options to consider include talking to a friend, professional counsellor or joining self-help groups.

Who to contact

Most people who use our services have been referred by their family doctor - if you feel you or someone you care about could benefit from our help it is important that you act now and make an appointment to see your doctor. The sooner help is given, the sooner recovery can begin.
