  • We always start the activities with warm up games.

Some activities we do:

  • We do things like throwing and catching.

  • We do target games.
ball on tube

We practice:

  • 'Batting' - we hit a ball with a bat or with our hands. This can help us play cricket better.
boal and goal
  • 'Kicking' - we score goals so we can play football better.
steps
  • 'Stepping' - we walk over steps. This helps exercise our legs.
ball obstacles
  • 'Ball Push' - we push a ball through a route. This helps our balance.
bowling
  • 'Ten pin bowling' - we push the ball to hit the skittles. This is fun and can help us when we go bowling.

  • 'Tracking' - we watch a ball as it goes along. We can push a ball to each other. This can help our attention.
