Nutrition for 50+

Do you live in Northumberland Park, Bruce Grove or Noel Park?

  • Would you like to learn how to eat healthily on a limited budget?
  • Would you like to learn more about weight control and healthy eating?
  • Do you want to learn about nutrition and how to deliver community-based projects to your community?

If you've answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then the community-based nutrition projects may be for you. Our local dieticians will be running the following programmes:

Healthy eating on a budget

A six-week cook and eat session to give you practical ideas on eating healthier.
Goodie bags will be given out at each session!

Fresh start weight management programme

A six-week course looking at practical advice and ideas on how to control your weight.

If you are 50+, live in Northumberland Park, Noel Park or Bruce Grove wards and are interested in doing any of the above programmes, please telephone: 020 8442 6476 for Lynne Robbins and Debbie Wilkins, Community Dietician

Please contact us as soon as possible to register your interest. Our dieticians will contact you to confirm your attendance.

This project is funded by an Area Based Grant provided by Haringey Council and NHS Haringey working in partnership.
