About Healthwatch Haringey

Healthwatch Haringey is the independent consumer watchdog set up to collect information and represent the views of the public on health and social care in Haringey. It exists to give patients, service users and local people an opportunity to influence and challenge decision making about local health and social care services.

Healthwatch Haringey asks people what they think about the health and social care services where they live and where they work. It uses this information to help improve local services.

Healthwatch Haringey also provides an information service for anyone living or working in Haringey. Through this service local people can find out about local health and social care services, such as finding a new GP or NHS dentist. Local people can also find out how to complain if they are unhappy with the care or treatment they received.

Healthwatch Haringey is not a complaints service, but can help local people find these services if they need them.
