This domain has two sub-domains it uses to capture deprivation - one that looks at education deprivation for children and young people in the area, and another for lack of skills and qualifications among working - age adults.

Key Points

• The Education, skills and training domain is not a big feature in Haringey with none of its Super Output Areas (SOAs) being amongst the 10% most deprived in the country
• Just looking within Haringey there is (relatively) extreme deprivation concentrated in White Hart Lane and Northumberland Park.
• Less than 1% of London SOAs are amongst the 10% most deprived in the country.
